Cytokine with broad biological effect. It plays a key role in the final B cells differentiation. It causes growth of myeloma and plasmocytoma, differentiation of neurons, activates acute phase proteins in hepatocytes.

Recombinant human interleukin is produced by E.Coli, consists of 184 amino acids.
Molecular weight is 21 kDa.
Lyophilized from sterile solution of 1 mg / ml in PBS, pH 7.4.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel and is more than 97%.
The dry preparation is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
The diluted solution should be stored at temperature of 4℃ for 2-7 days, for longer storage, use carrier protein (0.1% BSA) and freezing -18℃.
Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
