Lyophilized from solution with concentration of 1 mg / ml of aqueous solution containing 0.3% NaHCO3.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel and is more than 97%.
The dry preparation is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
The diluted solution should be stored at temperature of 4℃ for 2-7 days, for longer storage use carrier protein (0.1% BSA) and freezing -18℃.
Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
