MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
IVF 1 "Giaza" medium basis for manipulations is purified water, Earl salts, glucose, lactate, pyruvate, hyaluronidase (80 IU/ml). The medium is stabilized by HEPES and is albumin-free.
IVF 1 "Giaza" medium can be prepared with antibiotics and phenol red dye, or without these components (at customer’s request).
IVF 1 "Giaza" medium is sterilized by filtering through filters with pore size of 0.22 microns.
APPLICATION PROTOCOL
- Before use, the closed bottle with the medium is heated to temperature of 37 ° C.
- 100-500 µl of IVF-1 "Giaza" medium are added in one of the four-moon tablet holes, and 500 µl of balanced IVF 1 "Universal" medium are added in the remaining 3 holes.
- One or more oocyte-cumulus complexes are placed in a well with IVF-1 "Giaza" medium. After about 10 seconds, the cumulus surrounding the oocyte will begin to loosen, this process can be accelerated by carefully sucking it into a denudation pipette.
- The released oocytes are transferred to a well with IVF 1 "Universal" medium.
- Subsequent washing of oocytes from the cumulus complex cells is carried out in the adjacent well with IVF 1 "Universal" medium.
- Then, for final washing, oocytes are carefully carried out through several drops with the same medium.
- Before the ICSI procedure, it is recommended to keep the oocytes for some time in medium for embryos cultivation IVF PRO «Droblenie», or IVF 1 "Universal".
SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS
Shelf life is 3 months from the date of manufacture, subject to the storage regime.
Store and transport in accordance with SR 3.3.2.1248-03 at temperature of 2 to 8 ° C in a place protected from light.
Do not freeze!
Unused residue of the heated medium is not subject to reheating and use.
The product must be used within 7 days from the bottle first opening.
Open the vial in sterile conditions.
