A soluble basement membrane made of mouse sarcoma cells, extracellular proteins.
It is used as culture dishes coating for the study of angiogenesis and apoptosis of endothelial, pluriopotent stem cells, hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes.
The main components are laminin, collagen 4, heparin, a number of cell growth factors.
