Kanamycin Sulfate, 100-x solution, 10 mg/ml, sterile
Kanamycin Sulfate is a water-soluble antibiotic for cell culture. Kanamycin is effective against a wide range of gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria, and is used for the prevention of bacterial contamination of cell cultures. The recommended working concentration for cell culture is 100 µg/ml.
This product is provided as a 10 mg/ml stock solution.
This product is recommended for research purposes.
HOW SUPPLIED: in sterile glass or PET bottle of 10 ml.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: -10 to -20 °C in a place protected from light.
RECOMMENDED USE:
- Do not use the product after its expiry date.
- Use gloves, mask and clothes adapted to the manipulation of the product to avoid contamination.
- Manipulate the product in aseptic conditions.
