Colchicine powder for cytogenetic diagnostics.
This product is intended for research purposes.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: For cytogenetic diagnostics, a concentrate of colchicine solution is initially prepared by adding 5 ml of distilled water to 0.5 mg of colchicine and the contents of the vial are dissolved. 1.5-2 hours before the end of blood cell cultivation, 50 ml of colchicine concentrate is added to the culture mixture with a volume of 7 ml.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature. During long-term storage, it is recommended to freeze the concentrate.
RECOMMENDED USE:
- Do not use the product after its expiry date.
- Use gloves, mask and clothes adapted to the manipulation of the product to avoid contamination.
